All accessories including the battery, power adapter, car charger, and battery charging cable are covered under the same 1-year warranty as the SJ-OX1C unit, starting from the date of delivery.

The only exception is the nasal cannula, which is a personal-use item and is excluded from warranty for hygiene reasons.

Yes, additional batteries can be purchased separately on our website. This is a great option if you'd like extra battery life for longer trips or as a backup.

The filter element should be replaced once it becomes visibly discolored (yellowish). The exact replacement interval depends on the air quality in your area. In areas with cleaner air, the filter can typically last around 6 months before needing replacement.

We recommend cleaning your nasal cannula daily to keep it hygienic. You can wash it with clean water or a mild, neutral detergent, then let it air dry naturally. For optimal hygiene and comfort, we recommend replacing the nasal cannula every 4 weeks.

There are 2 ways to charge the battery:

1. In-device charging: Leave the battery inside the unit (with the device powered off) and connect the power adapter. The battery will charge automatically.
2. Standalone charging: Remove the battery from the unit and connect it directly to the AC adapter and battery charging cable to charge it separately.

There is a hidden compartment at the bottom of the carrying bag. Simply unzip it to access the space, which can hold up to 4 batteries.
