Molecular sieves are highly sensitive to moisture. If you live in an area with high humidity, the lifespan of your molecular sieve may be shorter compared to drier climates. If you notice a noticeable drop in oxygen output, replacing the molecular sieve is usually the first thing to check. As a general guideline, we recommend replacing the molecular sieve approximately once a year.

We recommend cleaning your nasal cannula daily to keep it hygienic. You can wash it with clean water or a mild, neutral detergent, then let it air dry naturally. For optimal hygiene and comfort, we recommend replacing the nasal cannula every 4 weeks.
